Our let only service is designed to deliver maximum rents both efficiently and professionally. It is the ideal service for the Landlord who wishes to personally oversee the day to day running of their property. We place optimum priority on the selection of the most appropriate tenants, which minimises the potential for problems throughout the course of the tenancy. Our let only service covers initial consultation and market valuation, marketing of the property, viewings, reference collection, lease preparation, PRTB preparation and the transfer of utilities.

Management

Our full management service provides the busy Landlord with the perfect solution in ensuring that their property is being proactively managed by a professional team.
